You retain full ownership of all scripts, code, and project files you create and upload to SAMPIDE.cloud. We do not claim ownership over your content.

Marketplace Content

When you list a script or asset for sale on the SAMPIDE.cloud Marketplace, you confirm that:

⚠ Listing stolen, leaked, or copyrighted content without authorization will result in immediate removal, account termination, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Buyers of marketplace assets receive a personal use license unless the seller explicitly states otherwise. Reselling purchased marketplace items is not permitted without written permission from the original seller.

SA-MP & Third-Party Content

SA-MP (San Andreas Multiplayer) is a third-party modification for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. SAMPIDE.cloud is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of SA-MP, Rockstar Games, or Take-Two Interactive.

Users are responsible for ensuring their scripts comply with the licenses of any third-party libraries, includes, or resources they incorporate into their projects.

Repeat Infringers

SAMPIDE.cloud has a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices will have their accounts permanently suspended and their marketplace listings removed.
