Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SAMPIDE.cloud ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and Pro subscribers.

Description of Service

SAMPIDE.cloud provides a cloud-based web IDE (Integrated Development Environment) for SA-MP (San Andreas Multiplayer) game server scripting. Our services include:

• Online code editor with syntax highlighting and compilation
• Cloud storage for your SA-MP scripts and project files
• PAWN script compilation via our cloud infrastructure
• A marketplace for buying and selling SA-MP scripts and assets
• Pro subscription tier with enhanced features and instant compilation

User Accounts

To use SAMPIDE.cloud, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are found to be fraudulent.

Free & Pro Tiers

SAMPIDE.cloud offers two service tiers:

Pro subscription pricing is displayed on our platform. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Payments & Refunds

Pro subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to ours.

• Subscriptions are billed as per the plan selected at checkout
• All payments are in the currency displayed at checkout
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of payment if the service was not functional
• We reserve the right to deny refunds for misuse or policy violations

Marketplace Rules

The SAMPIDE.cloud Marketplace allows users to buy and sell SA-MP scripts and assets. By listing or purchasing items, you agree to:

• Only sell content you have the legal right to sell
• Not sell plagiarized, stolen, or leaked scripts
• Provide accurate descriptions of your assets
• Honor purchases — no fraudulent listings
• Accept that all listings are subject to admin review before approval

SAMPIDE.cloud takes a platform fee from each marketplace transaction. The current fee percentage is displayed at the time of listing.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use SAMPIDE.cloud to:

• Upload, store, or distribute malicious code, malware, or exploits
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise our infrastructure
• Use the platform for any illegal activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans
• Scrape, mine, or copy our platform's content or structure
• Abuse the compilation service with excessive automated requests
• Impersonate other users or SAMPIDE.cloud staff

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all code and scripts you create and upload to SAMPIDE.cloud. By using our platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and serve your files solely for the purpose of providing our service.

The SAMPIDE.cloud platform, branding, logo, interface, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our platform without written permission.

Compilation Delay

Free-tier users are subject to a 10-second compilation delay/cooldown during build actions. This delay is displayed as a countdown dialog before compilation starts.

Pro and Team tier subscribers receive instant, prioritized compilation with zero compilation delays.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of SAMPIDE.cloud, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime outside our control.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or platform unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAMPIDE.cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or project files
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Actions of third-party services we integrate with

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, with or without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, no refund will be provided.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of SAMPIDE.cloud after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SAMPIDE.cloud shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
