SAMPIDE.cloud offers the following subscription plans. All prices are inclusive of GST.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
✓ Refund requests submitted within 7 days of the original payment date will be reviewed and approved if conditions are met.
- You subscribed but were unable to access Pro features due to a technical issue on our end
- You were charged twice for the same subscription period
- The service was completely unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours after your payment
- You did not use the Pro features at all after subscribing
Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days and processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
⚠ Refund requests submitted after 7 days of payment will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- You changed your mind after using the Pro features
- Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- You forgot to cancel before the next billing cycle
- Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
- Marketplace purchases — all asset sales are final
- Yearly plan refunds after the 7-day window has passed
Marketplace Purchases
Purchases made on the SAMPIDE.cloud Marketplace (scripts, gamemodes, filterscripts, plugins, etc.) are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the products.
Exceptions may be made if:
- The asset was significantly different from its description
- The asset was found to be stolen or plagiarized content
- The asset contained malware or harmful code
Marketplace dispute requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase to sampcloudide@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Your projects and files are retained for 30 days after downgrade
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You can find your renewal date in Account Settings → Subscription.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, fill out the form below or email us directly at sampcloudide@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request".

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method:
- UPI / Net Banking — 1–3 business days
- Credit / Debit Card — 5–7 business days
- Wallet — 1–2 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider.
