This policy explains when you can cancel an order and how refunds work at Radha Krrishna Oil Mills. Because our products are edible oils — consumable food items — returns are handled carefully for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched. Orders that are still awaiting payment can be cancelled directly from your My Orders page. For paid orders that have not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund in full.
2. After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or raise a return request in the limited cases below.
3. When we accept returns
As sealed food products, oils are eligible for return or replacement only if:
- The item delivered is damaged, leaking or broken in transit.
- You received the wrong product, size or quantity.
- The product is expired or past its best-before date on arrival.
To be eligible, raise the request within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging. The item should be unused and in its original packaging.
4. What is not returnable
- Products that have been opened, used or partially consumed (unless defective).
- Requests raised after the 48-hour window.
- Change-of-mind returns on sealed food items.

Email rkom99@gmail.com or call +91 80 2548 2677 with your order ID and photos. You can also use the Need help? button on the order in your My Orders page. Our team will verify and respond, usually within 2 business days.
6. Refund method & timeline
- Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refunds are typically initiated within 2–3 business days of approval and reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
- Where a replacement is preferred and available, we can send a fresh product instead of a refund.
