This policy describes how Radha Krrishna Oil Mills processes and delivers orders. Because oils are liquid food products, we pack them carefully and confirm delivery details with you before dispatch.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). After payment, our team confirms availability, delivery charges and timing — usually on the same or next business day.
2. Areas we serve
We deliver within Bengaluru and serviceable areas across Karnataka. For locations outside our standard delivery zone, or for bulk and distributor orders, we arrange delivery on a case-by-case basis — please contact us for a quotation. [Confirm exact serviceable pincodes/areas]
3. Delivery timelines
- Within Bengaluru: typically 2–4 business days after the order is confirmed.
- Rest of Karnataka / outstation: typically 4–7 business days, depending on location and courier.
These timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, festivals, courier delays or events beyond our control.
4. Delivery charges
Product prices are MRP inclusive of taxes. Delivery charges, where applicable, depend on order value, weight and destination and are confirmed with you before dispatch. We offer free or discounted delivery on qualifying orders from time to time. [Add free-delivery threshold if any]
5. Tracking your order
You can follow your order status — Paid, Packed, Shipped, Delivered — on your My Orders page. For dispatched orders our team can share courier or tracking details on request.
6. Delivery attempts & address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we will attempt to reach you to re-arrange. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned.
7. Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and contact us within 48 hours with your order ID and photos.
